Many of the campers among the SLDC participants came from different countries but came together as one family.

On the first day, the attendants received a reception ceremony and welcoming address, the campers were introduced to the facilitators to be with them throughout their camp stay. A lecture on the importance of team building was also presented by the camp management and training facilitators followed by indoor games in group categorization. During the hours, lunch and dinner was served. The last activity for the day was night trekking to discover a location following red-light signal direction.

On the second day, campers woke up and headed towards morning exercise making two-line ups for the day activity. Lining up provides a uniting camp community through humor and music. Survival trekking up hill was headed to under directional guidance of the camp facilitators going up and down of the hill, taking alternative route down to the waterfall. The up and down campsite trekking down to Lata (waterfall) Lembu (Caw) was interesting because team members in groupings came out to cook for lunch in exchange with other group for survival.
